1. Who we are
Study Prep is operated by Study Prep ("we", "us", the "Seller"). When you purchase a Study Prep membership, you are contracting with Study Prep. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account or continuing to use Study Prep, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You must be of legal age in your country, or have authority to bind the organization you represent.
3. The service
Study Prep is a GED study planner offering structured daily study sessions, chapter and lesson progress tracking, streaks, focus timers, study statistics, test-date planning, and score logging. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, non-commercial study purposes within your selected plan.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including:
- Using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
- Infringing intellectual property rights;
- Introducing malware, probing, scanning, or scraping the service;
- Reverse engineering, reselling, or circumventing technical limits;
- Sharing account credentials or allowing others to use your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate information.
5. Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, study structure, documentation, and branding. Content you enter (scores, plans, notes) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.
6. Payments and subscriptions
Memberships are billed monthly. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
7. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law. Study Prep is a planning tool and does not guarantee any test outcome.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
10. General
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, and disputes will be resolved in its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
11. Contact
Questions about these Terms or about purchases and refunds can be raised through Paddle's customer support at paddle.net, or via the contact details shown on our website.
